FAQs
Q: Do you give readings in person?
A: YES AND NO.
All of the readings currently available for booking on my site are only done on Zoom. However, I do often do pop-ups, private parties and events, masterclasses, and group sessions, so there are still opportunities to connect with me in person. If you are interested in booking me for your event, please contact me at akenya@doublevenusastrology.com.
Q: Do you Ever Give Pre-Recorded ReaDings or Written Reports?
A: NO.
I have never done pre-recorded readings, but I have done written reports before. I no longer offer that as an option, and once again, all of my standard services are conducted via Zoom. I find that I prefer to do live sessions in order to provide the best overall care, attentiveness, and feedback to questions or concerns that may arise in realtime.
Q: Do you teach astrology cLasses or Have ANY Courses I Can Sign UP For?
A: NO.
Beyond the occasional masterclasses and group sessions that I mentioned previously, I do not teach any ongoing classes or courses at this time. I am planning to release pre-recorded educational content in the future, though. So stay tuned!
Q: Do you teach or mentor privately?
A: YES.
I do take on private students and mentees. The custom sessions package that I offer as a subscription would be best for fulfilling this request.
Q: Do you Offer readings For children?
A: YES AND NO.
I do not read for preadolescent children. Even for teenagers and some young adults, processing this information may be overwhelming for a developing, impressionable mind. For older youth to receive a reading (age 15+), I require written and verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Q: Can I book a birth chart reading for my child?
A: YES…NO…MAYBE...
So, this subject is a little complex…
Admittedly, knowing about your child’s birth chart can be helpful for understanding them and knowing how best to meet their needs. However, I do not believe that having a child’s chart read, particularly when they are first born, is always a good idea; for the parent, nor the child. There are myriad reasons for this that I won’t expound upon too deeply here, but I will say that it can potentially create worry or concern that could be mitigated, and may honestly be unwarranted. For these reasons, I do not offer readings to parents of infants and very young toddlers.
Ultimately, my advice to parents who want a reading for their children is to at least wait until the child’s personality starts setting in. Typically, between ages 3-5 is when distinct character traits really start to emerge and become apparent. Bearing this in mind, I feel more sound reading for parents of pre-school age children and (preferably) older.
